What a difference a year makes, huh?

This time last year Roman Traffic was gearing up (reluctantly) for our last show with Ben at Launch Music Conference. It was kind of an odd time where we had no idea what we were going to do next. We just knew we couldn’t stop doing what we truly love doing, creating and playing music. At this point, no one does it for the money… of course there really is none of that. You do it because you love it, you do it because you sincerely believe this is what you were put on this earth to do.

So we kept at it. Including a singer change, writing a completely new live set and releasing a two song EP in the fall.

Not too long ago, our newly found singer revealed to us that he was moving to Portland, OR. Yet another blow to the Roman Traffic dudes, right? Little did we know that Ben was actually waiting for the day that he could rejoin the band, his friends, his family. Needless to say, we jumped at the opportunity to reunite with what we all truly believe to be Roman Traffic.

After Ben’s accident this summer, singer auditions, singer changes and writing and scrapping songs… I think Roman Traffic can honestly say at this point, whatever doesn’t kill you, only makes you stronger.

Ironically, our first show back will be exactly one year from when we originally parted ways with Ben. We are playing our first show back this April 23, at Launch Music Conference in Lancaster, PA (The Village Night Club). Stay tuned.
